Share our cheeses, fund your basket

Dear customer,

You met us at a market or a fair near you. You tasted our products, and you liked them. Thank you: that is why we are writing to you.

And you’ve surely already thought: “My friends really ought to taste this.”

We have made sharing it simple and, above all, a way to fund your own basket through your recommendations : the more your friends order, the less yours costs you.

How it works

As soon as your first order is confirmed, you get your personal link: it is in the confirmation email and in your My account, under Referrals. Send it to whoever you like: by message, by email, or by showing it on your phone. Your friend gets 10% off their first order, without creating an account or entering a code: the discount applies automatically when they arrive through your link, for 30 days after their click.

And you earn points: every €10 spent (excluding delivery), by you or by your friends, earns you one point, on all their orders, not just the first. Points are counted as soon as the order is paid. From your account, you can turn them into a voucher whenever you like, to enter when you check out.

How to fund your basket

One point is worth €1 off. In practice, €100 spent by your friends earns you €10 off. If six friends each order €100, you earn 60 points, so €60 off: enough to pay for a fine basket of cheese. There is no limit, neither on the number of friends nor on the amount of discounts: a single friend ordering €1,000 entitles you to a €100 voucher.

Your own purchases count too: €100 spent by you earns you 10 points, i.e. €10 off a future order.

Why we do it

Because the best recommendations come from people you know. An advert cannot let you taste a 24-month Comté. You can. And we would rather thank those who recommend us.

With our thanks,
The team at Le panier de montagne

When is my order shipped?

We pack parcels in the morning. Orders placed before 9 am, Monday to Friday, ship the same day. After 9 am, they ship the next working day: an order placed on Friday after 9 am, on Saturday or on Sunday ships on Monday morning.
